Now here’s the unequivocal proof that the Polytechnic University of the 
Philippines is one of the nation’s finest school. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Commission on Higher Education had released the result of a study which statistically ranks schools nation-wide based on based on the average passing in the board examination of all courses. The study is conducted every ten years, and the Polytechnic University in the Philippines in the most recent one, ranked 15th nation-wide! It bested hundreds, if not thousands other colleges and universities to land among the Top 20, even besting De La Salle University, Mapua Institute of Technology, and Adamson University, all private institutions. Truly, our State University rocks! Astig!
Among the Top 20, eleven schools came from Luzon, two from the Visayas and seven from Mindanao. Six of these schools are state universities, and yes! You guessed it right, our school is one of them. Now that’s Astig!

Tell you my story, when i entered one of the prstigous company in makati (obviously i was one of the top ten who passed the series of tests) everyone thought that i graduated from “ateneo” othe thought “lasalle”. hahaha they thought sila lang magaling, i was so proud to inform everyone that i am from state university PUP.
TO ALL PUPIANS, be confident BET you know better than the others. Confidence is the key……….. soar high!
